Dr. Nadjafi has been practicing Psychiatry since 1977. He specializes in adult, adolescent and child psychiatry covering a broad spectrum of disorders. These include medical treatment of depression, panic disorders, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, substance abuse and eating disorders. Dr. Nadjafi offers long-term psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to interested clients. Dr. Nadjafi continually seeks to set a standard for Psychiatric Medicine. He uniquely combines his education, training and practical experiences into specialized treatment programs. Dr. Nadjafi completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University Of Miami School Of Medicine in 1977. Later, he was appointed Clinical Assistant Professor at the University Of Miami School Of Medicine, a position he still holds to this day. From 1977 to 1983, Dr. Nadjafi received Psychoanalytic training at the Baltimore D.C. Institute for Psychoanalysis in Baltimore, Maryland. He has recently been appointed as Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at the University of Central Florida Medical School.

Dr. Amdur is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and has been practicing adult psychiatry since 1981. She specializes in psychiatric evaluation and medication management of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders (depression, mood swings, bipolar disorder), anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and adult ADHD/ADD.
Dr. Amdur is currently seeing patients ages 18 and older.
WILLIAM JETER, M.D.

Dr. Jeter has been practicing Psychiatry since 2003. He graduated from residency at the University of Florida, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Jeter specializes in the evaluation and management of major psychiatric disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic disorder, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, substance abuse and psychotic disorders. Dr. Jeter also has experience conducting clinical drug trials in the areas of Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Affective Disorder and Schizophrenia.
SUSANNA CHYU, D.O.

Dr. Chyu received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University where she graduated as Valedictorian of her class. She completed her general psychiatry residency at Jefferson Medical College of the Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. She then completed a two-year fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry also at Jefferson. Dr, Chyu holds dual board certification in Child & Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. She has received numerous honors and awards including being presented the Resident Achievement Award by the Philadelphia Psychiatric Society for her outstanding work and leadership as a child psychiatrist during her fellowship training. She also served as Chief Fellow, was awarded the prestigious APA/SAMHSA Fellowship and served as a Psychoanalytic Fellow. Dr. Chyu specializes in the evaluation and management of psychiatric disorders in children, adolescents and adults with depression, ADHD/ADD, anxiety, social anxiety, OCD as well as other psychiatric disorders.

GERALD J. BALSAM, M.D.

Dr. Balsam has been practicing Psychiatry since 1973. He specializes in adult, adolescent and child psychiatry covering a broad spectrum of disorders. These include medical treatment of mood disorders (depression, bipolar), schizophrenia, anxiety disorders (chronic generalized anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD, PTSD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and substance abuse. Dr. Balsam completed his residency in Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1979. He was a Fellow with the NIMH during his psychiatry training and during his final year of training served as Chief Fellow in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

FRANK BODENMILLER, M.S.

Mr. Bodenmiller provides child, adult, family, marital counseling, and psychotherapy for a variety of problems including: ADHD/ADD anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, grief, panic attacks, and depression. He utilizes EMDR, EFT, and energy psychology. among many other modalities.
Mr. Bodenmiller is currently seeing patients ages 2 and older.
RHONDA K. MORALES, LMC

Mrs. Morales works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She provides family counseling and psychotherapy for depression, panic attacks, anxiety, phobias, adjustment disorders, assertiveness training, abusive relationships, OCD, divorce discovery, marriage communication, over eating/emotional eating, gay/lesbian issues, stress management, trauma and post traumatic stress issues as well as divorce discovery and assertiveness training.
Rhonda Morales is currently seeing patients ages 10 and older.
VICKY QUINTANILLA, LCSW.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addiction Counselor, EMDR Level 1
Mrs. Quintanilla works with individuals, couples and families. She provides treatment for bipolar disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorders, ADHD/ADD, relationship and intimacy issues, grief and loss, work and career issues, cross-cultural counseling and domestic abuse issues. In addition, she specializes in treating substance abuse dependency and co-occurring disorders. Ms. Quintanilla graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with an MSSW. While residing in Wisconsin, she was a member for the Substance Abuse Advisory Committee at the Department of Regulation and Licensing. (Bi-Lingual/Spanish).

Ms. Boss is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. Ms. Boss received her Masters of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2004. She has provided in home and in school therapy through outside mental health agencies in the community. Ms. Boss has experience working with families and children by providing cognitive and behavioral based approaches to help children reach their fullest potential in school and to help parents provide the structure and discipline needed for their children to excel emotionally. She specializes in Adjustment Disorders, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD and Depression and Behavioral Disorders.
Play Therapy Services are for Children Ages 2 thru 12.
CYRUS AZIMI, PH.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Azimi specializes in administering and interpreting various psychological tests. These include intelligence, A.D.D., A.D.H.D., and personality evaluation. Dr. Azimi provides counseling and psychotherapy for all types of disorders including depression, anxiety, behavioral and relationship problems.

GISELLE M. BOLT, MSN, ARNP-BC
Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner
Mrs. Bolt received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida. She is Board Certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Mrs. Bolt specializes in psychiatric evaluation and medication management of major psychiatric disorders including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders (Depression and Bipolar Disorder) and psychotic disorders. She has worked in behavioral healthcare since 1997. Her experiences include residential treatment, day treatment and outpatient services.
She is currently seeing patients ages 13 and older.
Pamela R. Badzinski, MSN, ARNP-BC, PMHS
Pediatric Mental Health Specialist
Pamela R. Badzinski is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She has more than 30 years of nursing experience and and 16 years experience as a nurse practitioner. She specializes in the diagnosis and management of children and adolescents with ADHD, anxiety disorders, autism, depression, conduct issues, and learning disabilities. Pam retired from the United States Public Health Service as a Captain after serving in the military for more than 20 years.

Scott Hudson, A.P. L.a.c.
Scott Hudson is a Licensed Acupuncture Physician in the State of Florida where he attended the Florida College of Integrative Medicine. He holds National Certification with the NCCAOM and provides treatments which cover the full spectrum of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which includes Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Tuina Medical Massage, Gua Sha, Moxibustion, Food Therapy, Cupping, Acupoint, and B12 Injection therapy, Auricular Therapy and Electrical Simulation. He is also an Anthropologist who understands cultural diversity and its impact on the healing process as well as having a background in neurophysiology and behavior.
Scotty helps patients ages 7 and up with a wide variety of complaints including by not limited to emotional concerns, pain syndromes, sleep disorders, menopausal symptoms/hormone imbalances, poor digestion, neurological dysfunction, COPD/asthma, incontinence, infertility/sexual disfunction and allergies. He is dedicated to helping patients understand their situation in both Western and Eastern medical terms and concepts.
