Hours of Operation

Main Office is open from 9am to 4:45pm Monday-Thursday and from 9am to 4pm on Friday.

Sister Location is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Thursday and from 8am to 4pm on Friday.

Lake Mary Office is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Thursday and from 8:30am to 3:30pm on Friday.

Phones go to answering service 12:30-01:30 daily.

Additional Information

We do not schedule, cancel, or re-schedule appoints via email. We do not handle medication refills or any other inquiries regarding your treatment via email. Please call the office.

Please use the back door to enter our main office. This door is not visible from Magnolia Avenue.

If you are a new patient and do not complete your paperwork in advance through the patient portal please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to complete it.

Parking For Downtown Locations

Parking is located directly on Magnolia Avenue on the sides of the street. Our main office also has its own private parking area, and is accessed via a private driveway on the left side of the street just after the 7-11 & Courtyard Marriott Hotel.
